We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and in its original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

📦 How to Start a Return

  2. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Do not send your item without prior approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

🔧 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your items upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@lckyhome.com. We'll resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

🔁 Exchanges

Need something different? The quickest way is to:

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Note: Some banks or credit card companies may take longer to process the refund on your statement.

🇪🇺 European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked, per EU consumer protection laws. Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
